LONG ISLAND'S PAINTING CONTRACTOR - SCOTT PAINTING
I welcome property management companies, property managers, facility property managers or building owners. Scott Painting specializes in interior painting and doesn't do exterior.
If you are looking for a painter that is exceptionally neat, then you came to the right painting company for property management.
SEE PRICES BELOW
I have been doing fine craftsmanship for the last 30 years. That being said, you will find my work neater than most apartment or office painters.
If my below prices don't work for you talk to me. I am open minded to working out a price structure that is beneficial to both of us. Let's open the line of communication and see where it goes.
$195 per room
FLAT OFF WHITE - Walls, ceiling, doors, trim.
SEMI-GLOSS OFF WHITE - Window sills, kitchen, bathroom
$295 per room
Ceiling - white flat
Trim - white semi-gloss
Walls - off white flat
Bathroom and kitchen white semi-gloss
Closets cost $50 assuming standard size with one or two shelves.
$45 per hour
NO CHARGE FOR MINOR SPACKLING
If there is just spackling of nails from picture hooks, no taping cracks, and imperfections remain as-is with less than 20 minutes of spackling per room, then there is no charge for spackling.
SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY. Call for details
I say some restrictions apply because above prices are assuming normal conditions such as rooms up to 12 x 20, or 8-9 foot ceilings, etc. If there is anything outside normal conditions that would require extra paint and labor would incur additional fees.
With the specs above from the $195 job, If there is nothing out of the ordinary, or excessive plastering, then most 1 and 2 bedroom apartments will be completed within 2 days. This is to give you an idea of my production rate to see if that fits your needs.
$85.00 One coat
$25 Second coat (optional)
FREE if same paint as wall.
$15 per office if different paint than wall.
If doors are white semi gloss water base paint currently, and it is just one coat white semi gloss, then it would run $20 per door.
Doors are tricky, because if there is a gloss oil paint, and a cleaning crew cleaned with a cleaner that left a wax coating, then the wax will need to be stripped off.
